4. Scope of Work Services are limited to the approved estimate or job sheet. Unlisted work requires a signed change order, which may affect cost and timeline.

5. Client Responsibilities

-Provide safe access, working utilities, and a hazard-free work area.

-Notify Suite Temp LLC of any disputes within 5 days of invoice receipt.

6. Warranties Labor:

-30-day warranty from job completion for defects in workmanship. Contact us within 30 days for issues.

-Parts: Covered by manufacturer warranties; no warranty on used or client-supplied materials.

-Suite Temp LLC is not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or system failures due to age, neglect, or misuse.

7. Liability Suite Temp LLC is not responsible for delays due to weather, supply shortages, or conditions beyond our control. We are not liable for damages from pre-existing issues or client negligence.

8. Non-Payment Consequences Failure to pay may result in collections, small claims court, or a Mechanic’s Lien. Clients are responsible for associated costs (e.g., court fees, attorney fees).
